Shipping policy

It will take 3-4 weeks to create your Burnt Creations.   (Possibly longer if it's around a holiday) We will ship your Burnt Creation via USPS. and most packages arrive with in 3-4 days.  However, depending on the amount of mail on any given day, or during holidays it can take longer.  You will receive tracking when your package has shipped to see when it will arrive.  

If requested, because of the mail delivery service in your area or because something needs to be expedited, we can use UPS or FED-EX, otherwise it is coming through the mail.  The cost has been an issue with shipping, and we try to make it affordable and also arrive quick.  

If we ship anything other than USPS, you will be charged the difference for the shipping.

 

It's very important to let us know ASAP if you need to change shippers, so please keep that in mind if you need something for a specific date and regular shipping might end up taking too long.
